CoyoteGO Shipper #3: Visibility on Your Financials
CoyoteGO® makes reviewing charges and download invoices for your shipments fast and easy.
If you want to check the payment status of your account, the pending payment or get the invoice download directly you need to click on Financials / Accounting and you will be able to find all the necessary details.
You will have a general overview with the Status, Payment due, load references, payment and more.
If you have specific request, you can use the filters to find exactly what you are looking for:
Easily download the invoice (in PDF format) by just clicking the down arrow.
PRO TIP: While on the Load Details page, click the gear icon in the upper right corner, select the Coyote rep you wish to contact and ask your question for that specific load. You can also submit feedback by utilizing the Help section in the upper right dropdown menu.
