Freightex Opens new Amsterdam HQ to Drive Expansion in Europe

Chicago, IL— Freightex – a Europe-based asset-light provider of full truckload, LTL, refrigerated, and specialized road freight services—announced today the rebrand of the company to Coyote Logistics.

Freightex continues to grow aggressively following its acquisition by UPS at the start of 2017. This week it opens a new 2700sqm HQ in the Diana en Vesta building in the Amsterdam-Zuidoost area. The striking building, designed by well known architects, KCAP, is part of the Arena Plaza area close to the Amsterdam Arena and concert venues.

Tim Phillips, President, Europe says: “The Zuudoostarea is well connected to the whole of Benelux and the rest of Europe and therefore convenient for our customers and suppliers to visit.”

The company is recruiting and is forecast to reach 100 staff early in 2018. Phillips says: “It is also a really appealing place to work for our growing number of international employees with easy access to central Amsterdam and within 15 minutes of Schipol airport.”
