Claim should be supported by following documents. Failure to include sufficient documentation may be found for denial of your claim and may delay conclusion of claim. Coyote Logistics reserves the right to request any additional documents not listed below.
- Commercial invoice
- Packing list showing the weight and quantity of cargo loaded
- Repair invoice/quote
- Photos of damage
- Evidence of mitigation/destruction
- Surveyor report
- Bank details
